Class 1 HGV Driver - NIGHTS Temp to Perm Location: Redditch (B98)
Commutable From: Birmingham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster
Pay: £17.03 per hour including holiday pay / £15.20 per hour (excluding holiday pay) We are looking for Class 1 drivers to start immediately for our client based in Redditch who handle multiple store deliveries across the UK.
This position is working night shift: SUNDAY - THURSDAY For this role, as a Class 1 HGV Driver you must have the following:
- Strong class 1 driving experience, ideally with loading and unloading of goods.
- Experience of multidrop deliveries required.
- Min 12 months previous driving experience required along with great customer service skills.
- Have both Class C + E License
- Have an in-date CPC Card
HGV Driver responsibilities include:
- Trunking
- Some handballing involved
- Handling cages
Job Specifics:
- Sunday - Thursday (Nights)
- Various start times: 9pm - 10pm
- £17.03 per hour including holiday pay / £15.20 per hour (excluding holiday pay)
- 28 days paid holiday*
- Weekly Pay
- 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day
- Full time permanent position after 13 weeks
- Full training and induction shadowing another driver
- Immediate start following successful assessment
