Class 1 Driver - Permanent Position (Tramping/Flexible Workload)

Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a stable, full-time role with variety, great earning potential, and progression opportunities?
We're working with a respected haulage operator who is now hiring two full-time drivers for flexible routes/projects. You'll be part of a professional team delivering across various locations, with occasional tramping (at least 1 week per month).
What's on Offer:
Salary: £40,392 per annum
Annual Bonus: £1,440 (paid monthly)
Nights Out: £30 per night (potential of up to £4,000/year)

No weekend work unless agreed in advance
What You'll Be Doing:
Working across various contracts - no fixed route
Expected tramping 1 week per month (minimum)
Mix of trunking and temperature-controlled deliveries
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 Licence (12+ months experience) + CPC & Digi Tacho
Flexibility with working patterns and occasional nights out
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
