Driver Hire Colchester is currently recruiting for reliable and professional Class 1 HGV drivers to support our growing client base.
All shifts start in the CO postcode. (Colchester, Halstead, Earls Colne, Clacton, Harwich, Sudbury etc)
Job Role
- Mainly Monday to Friday Day work, occasional nights and weekends available
- Flexible, part time shifts, with an immediate start. Full time ongoing opportunities available from March. Let us know your availability weekly.
- All roles involve completing vehicle checks and delivering safely and on time.
- Work is varied, not limited too; General Haulage, Trunking, Curtainsiders, Flatbed work / construction sites/ Builders merchants etc
Pay
- Weekly pay
- Minimum 8hrs- 10hrs pay a day job dependent.
- Minimum hourly rate of £16.00 p/h for Monday to Friday day work.
- Weekend and night pay work starts at £19.00 p/h
Requirements
Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points
Good geographical knowledge
Professional and reliable attitude
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
