Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour | weekly pay in arrears, every Friday
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver Clamp Truck Trained to join our successful client based in the Mitcham, CR4 area. Our client is a leader in the waste management industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Forklift Clamp Truck Operator to join our team within the waste management and recycling sector. This role involves operating a forklift with a clamp attachment to handle and transport waste materials, recyclables, and other goods safely and efficiently.
Previous experience within a waste and recycling industrial environment is required.
- Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift
- Inspect and maintain the forklift equipment
Requirements
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Driver certification
- Experience operating a Clamp Truck is required
- Good team working skills and good communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
