We are recruiting for a B2B Gift Card Co-ordinator on a Fixed Term contract. As our B2B Gift Card Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the end to end operations and commercial performance of our business to business gift card program.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our key buyers and suppliers. Your focus will be on driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our partners to deliver a seamless customer experience on our behalf.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor partner performance against commercial targets, SLAs, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and digital teams to support reporting, financial planning and campaign planning.
