About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Bury St Edmunds office, working on our Anglian Contract.

This role is supporting with general data input, answering calls and using internal systems

About You:

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a busy office for a minimum of 12 months, excellent IT skills (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new in-house IT systems. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all administrative procedures as well as implementing and identifying areas where improvements can be made. 

The Role: 

You’ll be working as part of a team to support the depot manager in running of day to day business, involving customer contacts with job updates and enquiries.

Updating in house systems including customer reports, Invoicing, time sheets, taking payments over the phone, raising purchase orders via our in-house systems, telephone & email enquiries.

Other adhoc general admin duties.

 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
