We are currently looking to take on a 7.5t (Cat C1+E) driver for a client of ours based in Plymouth delivering plant supplies and materials around Devon and Cornwall. If this is you, keep reading for more information!
About the job. The duties of the 7.5 tonne Service Driver include loading, delivery and collection of hire equipment to and from the
customer sites in a timely and professional manner. When on customer sites, there may be a requirement to carry
out hire equipment demonstration and Service Drivers must ensure that all relevant checks and administration
involved for the hire are completed accurately. The Service Driver will also be responsible for the service, cleaning
and maintenance of portable toilets and welfare units.
- The hours vary depending on your day or route with a start time of 07:30 each day.
- Pay will be £27,000 per annum.
- This will be a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday.

Job requirements.
- A full and valid Category C1+E licence with an in date CPC and digi cards are required with no more than 6 points & no DR, DD or IN convictions for insurance purposes.
- Experience towing trailers would be beneficial.
- The ability to lift and carry fairly heavy items throughout the day, as well as driving, is a requirement due to the physical nature of the jobs.
