A Food Waste and Used Cooking Oil Collection Driver in the UK is responsible for
collecting, transporting, and disposing of food waste and used cooking oil from
various commercial and residential establishments. This role involves driving a 3.5
tonne vehicle (Category B) and ensuring the proper management of collected
materials. The position is full-time, with a 5-6 day working week, and entails
working 10 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:
Route Planning: Plan efficient routes for daily collections, ensuring timely
pickups and adherence to schedules.
Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a 3.5-tonne collection vehicle, following
all UK road regulations.
Collection: Load, transport, and unload food waste and used cooking oil
containers from bins or designated areas.
